About me

I’m a coach who’s lived the ups, downs, and everything in between. From competitive sports to corporate burnout, addiction, MANY bad decisions and rebuilding from "rock bottom." I’ve walked the hard road that many of my clients face. Lots of trail & error figuring out exactly what works. Fitness saved my life more than once. Now, I help men transform not just their bodies, but their mindset, habits, and confidence. 1.💡 How does your online coaching program work?

For GOLD & PLATINUM - Once you sign up, we’ll start with a one-on-one consultation to map out your specific goals. From there, you’ll get a custom training plan, personalized nutrition guidance, and weekly check-ins to keep you accountable. All communication happens through DMs, email, and exclusive coaching apps, so you have me in your corner 24/7.

For STANDARD - Once you sign up you will be given access to your Trainerize app login and will be able to get started immediately. There are training videos on the calender to get you up and running and basic overview of the app along with everything you need to be successful.

2. 🏋️ Is this program for beginners or advanced guys?

Both! I work with guys who are just starting out and those who’ve been training for years but need next-level coaching. Whether you’re trying to lose fat, build lean muscle, or dial in your nutrition, the plan is customized to your level.

3. 🏢  Do I need access to a gym ?

Preferably. Yes. however, not 100% necessary. I will build you a custom plan if getting a gym membership is not an option. My coaching is built around structured strength training, and having access to a fully equipped gym is strongly advise to get the best results. We’ll be focusing on progressive overload, using free weights, machines, and other gym equipment to maximize muscle growth and fat loss. Good news is I don't expect nor want you lifting every day. Maximum I recommend is four lifts per week. That being said I have built an at home workout regime for those willing to buy a workout bench and some adjustable dumbbells and a yoga mat.

4. 📈 What kind of results can I expect?

Results depend on your effort and consistency—but most clients start seeing physical changes within the first few weeks. I focus on sustainable fat loss, muscle building, and developing long-term habits, not quick fixes. If you show up 100%, I’ve got you.

5. 🔑 How is your program different from other online coaches?

I’m not here to send you a cookie-cutter PDF and ghost you. You get direct access to me, weekly live video check-ins, and real-time adjustments based on your progress. Plus, I lead by example—I’ve lived the lifestyle I coach and I am here to get you real results.

7. 🔄 What happens if I miss a workout or fall off track?

Life happens. If you miss a workout or slip up, we adjust and move forward. No judgment—just solutions. My job is to help you build consistency, not perfection.

8. ⏱️ How much time do I need to commit each week?

Most training plans are 3-4 sessions per week, around 60 - 90 mins per session. We’ll fit it to your schedule, but consistency is key. Nutrition and recovery are just as important, so we’ll focus on daily habits, not just gym time.

9. 🥗 Is there a meal plan? Do I have to give up my favorite foods?

The cleaner the diet the faster you will get results... With that being said I don’t believe in cutting out foods you enjoy completely we’ll create a flexible nutrition plan in combination with intermittent fasting that fits your lifestyle and still gets disgustingly shredded results. If you love burgers or pizza, there’s a way to work it in as a cheat to enjoy life still and stay on track.
